3. The light pole is made of high quality low silicon carbon steel Q235A and above (including Si≤0.04%, yield strength>245Mpa).

4. The entire rod body should be free of any cracking, leakage welding, continuous air hole, undercut, etc. The weld bead is smooth and flat, without convex and concave undulations, without any welding defects.
5, hot-dip galvanizing process, should be treated with hot and sour acid inside and outside the surface, thickness ≥ 85um. The design service life should be no less than 30 years, the galvanized surface should be smooth and beautiful, the color is basically the same, and the skin can not be peeled off after slamming test.
6, spray technology high pole lamp does not require spray plastic; medium pole lamp spray should use outdoor pure polyester plastic powder, the color is silver gray No. 4, the plastic layer quality is stable, does not fade, does not fall off. Strong adhesion, strong UV resistance to the sun, UV resistance. The design life ratio is less than 30 years and the thickness is ≥80um. Can't get skin, don't fall off. The surface is smooth and the color is basically the same.

7, design ability
a. According to the corresponding wind speed requirements.
b. The strength and surface structure of the formed square steel used for the rod body must conform to the corresponding national standards.
C. Seal the pole and cover the top with waterproof air.
8. Verticality test After the pole is straight, use the theodolite to check the verticality between the pole and the horizontal. The verticality should be less than or equal to three thousandths.
9. The shape and size of the rod body meet the requirements, the overall appearance is elegant, the surface of the rod body is smooth and uniform, and the color is uniform. The galvanized layer is smooth and flat, and the sprayed layer has strong adhesion without peeling off.
10. All fixing bolts, nuts, etc. use stainless steel "target=_blank> stainless steel material (except for anchor bolts and nuts).
11. The inner cable passage of the Lamp Post is unobstructed, easy to thread, and has no sharp edges, burrs, teeth and the like to avoid damage to the cable.

Third, the lifting system part
1. The design and manufacture of the lifting system should comply with the "Technical Conditions for Lifting High-Pole Lighting Devices" JT/T 312-1996 and meet the requirements of engineering design documents. The high-bar lifting system adopts built-in motor lifting device (there should be complete anti-theft measures, the supplier is responsible for the loss of the motor caused by the imperfect door and motor anti-theft measures during the whole 5-year warranty period).

2. The lifting system has two functions, electric and manual. When electric, the lifting speed of the lamp panel should not exceed 3.5 m/min, which should be light and flexible during manual operation.

3. Anti-collision rubber is set on the inner ring of the lamp panel. Three sets of interlocking guiding devices are arranged in the inner ring of the lamp disc to ensure the stability of the lamp disc during the lifting process of the lamp disc.

4. The worm gear of the hoist adopts the worm gear with self-locking performance. When the system is powered off, the worm gear should enable the lamp to stop at any position. The worm gear reducer adopts cast steel casing, motor and reducer are well-known domestic brands.

5. When the lamp panel is lowered to the lowest point, there should be 5-6 turns of wire rope on the reel.

6. The metal lamp panel and metal hook of the lifting system are treated by hot dip galvanizing process, the zinc layer should be uniform, the surface color is consistent, and the thickness is ≥85 microns.

Fourth, the pulley frame assembly

1. The top of the pole consists of three sets of wire rope pulley arms and 1-3 sets of cable arms arranged at an angle of 120 degrees.

2. The main function of the pulley frame is to guide the three steel wire ropes of the lifting bracket to make the lamp plate rise and fall smoothly. The sliding bearing made of corrosion-resistant material is arranged inside the pulley, which makes the rotation flexible and reduces the working at height.

3. The wire rope and cable limit device are arranged in the pulley block to prevent the steel cable or cable from coming out of the wheel groove during the lifting process.

The pulley arm assemblies are all molded with a mold to ensure processing and use accuracy.

5. Guide and fall prevention system

1. The mounting ring is provided with a roller spring pressing guiding system for overcoming the vibration or load influence of the lamp disc during the lifting process, so that the lamp panel is always at the center position.

2. The system adopts three sets of guiding arms, which are synchronously linked around the fixed axis under the action of the pressing force of the stainless steel "target=_blank> stainless steel spring to achieve accurate guiding.

3. The guide roller is made of polymer material to avoid destroying the anti-corrosion layer on the surface of the lamp post during rolling along the pole.

Sixth, rotary hook unloading device.

1. The hook seat is installed on the top pulley frame, and the lamp body height limit device is arranged inside the seat body, and all the force wire ropes can be prevented from being exposed, thereby effectively protecting the wire rope.

Seven, wire rope and cable

1. The main power supply cable adopts YC type 4*6/4*10 square heavy-duty rubber cable (according to the actual power requirement of the light source), and can provide up to three main power supply cables.

2. The steel wire rope adopts high-flexible stainless steel "target=_blank> stainless steel twistless steel wire rope, the grade is not less than 304, the safety coefficient of the main steel wire rope design is more than 8 times, the safety coefficient of the secondary steel wire rope design is more than 6 times, absolutely safe and reliable.

3. All wire ropes and cables have special chucks for easy installation and safe use.

4. The wire rope is not allowed to be entangled in the process of lifting and lowering, which affects normal use. In case of such problems, the supplier shall be responsible for repair or replacement during the 5-year warranty period.

Eight, the lighting part
1. The floodlight lamp is made of corrosion-resistant high-pressure cast aluminum casing. The electrical box is a separate electrical box, the shell material is corrosion-resistant high-pressure cast aluminum, spray protective paint.
2. The lamp is sealed with high temperature resistant silicone rubber sealing ring to ensure that the silicone rubber is not aging, and the optical cavity protection level is up to IP65 for a long time. The electrical grade is Class I. The separate electrical box seal is made of high temperature resistant silicone rubber sealing ring, the protection level is IP65, and the electrical grade is Class I. Nine, electrical system part
1. The electric part of the high pole lighting system adopts single-base phase separation (three-phase) control. Each phase is provided with a separate circuit breaker and contactor. The contactor coil adopts AC 220V. Each base height pole lamp can realize local control. And centralized remote control;
2, power supply: 50Hz, AC three-phase five-wire system, 380V/220V;
3. The power distribution control box of the high pole light shall have overload, short circuit and leakage protection;
4, circuit breakers, leakage protectors, contactors, circuit breakers, contactors must be accompanied by auxiliary contacts, and auxiliary contacts must be led out to the terminal;
5. All kinds of power supply cables in the high pole are reliably connected with the steel wire rope through special fixtures, and they are lifted together with the steel wire rope, and they do not bear the weight. YC high quality heavy duty rubber cable is used for lighting power supply cable;
6, the high pole lamp should be installed for maintenance 400V, 32A socket and 230V, 16A socket each, the socket is protected by circuit breaker;
7. The connection between the lighting power supply cable and the lamp cable at the top of the pole should be provided with a junction box, and the protection level of the junction box should reach IP65;
